“Beast Lord”is a visual novel game. You’ll lead (half-beasts) against ogres, noble oppression, and other crises from an immersive perspective. Players make choices at key points, collect items, experience growth from personal survival to and uncover the world’s power struggles and survival rules.

The story takes place in a fantasy world where multiple races coexist, including humans, canine-people, tiger-people, and half-beasts. There is a clear class gap between races — tiger-people nobles hold power, while groups like canine-people and half-beasts often occupy a disadvantaged position.
The protagonist, Douglas (a canine-person), starts as a kitchen hand due to his "frail health" and is frequently mocked. However, he possesses far sharper sense of smell and taste than others. Later, he awakens divine powers such as healing and "War Roar," gradually breaking prejudices and growing into a tribe leader.
The world is fraught with crises: external survival threats like ogre invasions, and internal oppression where tiger-people nobles exploit the underclass (e.g., forcing low-price human trafficking). Douglas must lead the half-beast tribe to find a way to survive amid racial conflicts and power struggles.
During the game, players need to conduct investigations. Different investigations will yield different items.
In special story segments, players' choices will determine the direction of subsequent plots.
As the plot progresses, different investigation orders will affect the development of the story.
In events that require quick reactions, whether the player makes the correct response will determine the direction of subsequent plots.
Within the plot, different branches will provide different items and correspond to different story developments.
