Clock in. Stock the shelves. Climb the ladder of an industry that maybe shouldn't exist.
Big Bad Pharma is a cosy pharmacy-stocking sim with a wicked streak. On the surface it's everything you want from a tidy little restocking game: satisfying shelves, a calm shop to run, and that deeply pleasing click of the last box sliding into place. Underneath, it's a cheeky satire of corporate healthcare, and the further up the ladder you climb, the more you might want to ask yourself: was it worth it?

Every shift starts the same way — empty shelves, a full stockroom, and you. Sort products into the right aisles, from digestive relief to migraine remedies to a suspicious number of allergy medications. Keep things tidy, keep things moving, and try not to lose an item along the way. Whether you're a methodical shelf-perfectionist or a chaotic box-flinger, the shop is yours to run.

Nobody climbs the corporate ladder on foot forever. Spend your hard-earned progress on upgrades that make each shift smoother: bigger carry capacity for hauling more at once, faster movement to zip between aisles, and walking-speed boosts for when you're still finding your feet. Max out your skills and become a truly well-rounded (and slightly terrifying) employee of the month.

There's more to this pharmacy than restocking. Twenty achievements trace your journey from bleary-eyed newcomer to something a little more... corporate. Discover what's really going on behind the counter, meet the characters who keep the place ticking, and decide how far you're willing to go.

Big Bad Pharma is warm, funny, and satisfying to play — and just self-aware enough to make you smirk. It's a game about small satisfactions and big questions, made by a small independent studio with a sharp sense of humour. Come for the shelves. Stay for the slow moral decline.
AI Content Disclaimer: This game was created with love and passion for learning to create a game after them being the one consistent in my life. All 3D assets are my own (hence why I kept it very basic). All textures and decals in game are made by me (you may see my struggles in places on some objects). The only use of AI in this project was to create the achievement art (I wrote the achievements myself, give me an achievement for that please). The headers in 'About This Game' (so what you're looking at right now) and finally, the background of the cover art and background of the Steam Store Page.
