Keep the wheels turning.
Caravan Survivors is an auto-battler crossed with an arcade scroller. Your caravan rolls down a deadly road while hired heroes and mounted turrets hold back the endless horde. Build your loadout, upgrade your caravan, hire heroes, manage your caravan's inventory space, and haul risky cargo for profit. Survive the route at all cost.
Build your loadout on a grid
Everything that matters lives in your caravans grid inventory. Turrets, relics, hero beds, and cargo crates all take up space, and space is tight. What you fit determines which weapons fire, which fighters deploy, and how much gold you're hauling. Owning an item isn't enough, your chassis limits how much you can run at once, so every item is a trade-off.
Level up on luck
Killing enemies earns XP, and leveling up pauses the run to offer a choice of upgrades. Each one rolls a rarity: the luckier the roll, the stronger the buff, and upgrades stack as you pick them. Your build compounds over a route, then resets when you head back to town for the next contract.
Take the contract, run the risk
Between runs you return to the Town hub: buy and sell in the shop, upgrade your caravan, expand your chassis, and pick your next contract. Tougher contracts pay more but stack the odds against you: deadlier enemies, denser hordes, road hazards. Rare cargo raises the stakes further attracting even more enemies to your caravan.
