As governor, you are responsible for the well-being of your citizens. Meet their economic and social needs, provide housing, create jobs, and supply the growing demand for better goods and services. Your choices shape the growth and development of the settlement.
You do not rule alone. A distant imperial power oversees your colony and expects your obedience.
