Every open tile holds gold. Grab it all for a Perfect Clear and multiply your hoard or reach the portal early and forfeit the rest. Greed pays, but it can kill.
Four hunters that path find.
Slime — slow, relentless, always on the true shortest path to you.
Skeleton — dormant until it hears you down the hall, then it commits.
Mind Flayer — cuts you off, pathing to where you're going, not where you are.
Dragon — fastest on the board, stalking gold and charging on sight.
Blessings & curses
Build a run out of dozens of stacked blessings and curses. Turn coins into glowing emeralds, rubies, and diamonds. Cheat death with a Phoenix. Tame a dragon to jail your enemies, or summon Dimendog to guard the door. Then pay for it with poisoned gold, invisible walls, blind floors, inverted controls, "Oops! All Slimes," and gold that rots in your hands. Spin the reroll to gamble your hoard for a better draw, even right up to the all-in 100% pull.
Orbs that change the hunt.
Four power orbs flip the board: set enemies ablaze and eat them, freeze them into statues you can curl across the maze to collect gold, slow them to a crawl, or banish the whole pack to jail.
Grand bosses every 8 floors.
Face four named horrors on their home turf: Esmerelda the Mother Dragon, Priscilla the Mother Slime, Millicent the Skeleton Queen, and Cerebella the Elder Brain. Clear the room to bring them down! Flee through the portal and they'll be waiting for you next time.
