Welcome to the glorious Kingdom of Cardenia, where I reign — His Majesty King Rikhard the Third, defender of peace, patron of science and an outstanding lover of pies!

You are a gatekeeper in service to the Kingdom. Every day, dozens of travelers pass through your gate — from law-abiding citizens to sneaky werewolves disguised as humans. It is you who decides who enters the city and who gets thrown into the dungeons.

 Meet millions of visitors!

Cardenia is a large country that actively trades with its neighbors. It's home to representatives of various races of all races, be they elves, dwarves, or even goblins! Don't be surprised if you suddenly meet an orc. And if he proves to be a law-abiding citizen, don't you dare detain him! There is no place for racism in our kingdom!

 Inspect the luggage!

​Search every bag, rummage through belongings, and look for contraband. The royal decrees and gatekeeper rulebook will guide you on which documents and licenses are required for storing and transporting goods.

 Check the documents!

Passports, certificates, passes, permits. Carefully study the dates, seals, colors of the coats of arms and remember the latest decrees of the crown. If you make a mistake, you'll get a scolding or a knife to the liver. Remember, no one lives forever.

 Fight if you have to!

If an uncooperative visitor decides to resist arrest, feel free to use force! Cardenia stands up against crime! The captain of the garrison can call you to help other guards if the threat is serious. Oddly enough, monsters tend to show up on weekends. Weirdos.

• At the shop, you can buy new gear, healing potions, and the most delicious apples! Don’t hesitate to grab a weapon and test it out — you might just like one more than the rest.

• Be sure to visit the tavern and taste the local delicacies. Plus, the innkeeper’s always up for a round of cards!

• Before bed, don’t forget to prep your gear for the next day! Remember — the right equipment will save not only your life, but the lives of the civilians too!

• It is almost impossible to meet identical visitors! Gatekeeper's Week's generation system is capable of creating more than 60 million unique portraits.

• Every day brings new challenges: decrees change, rules tighten, fresh threats emerge. Today you’re looking for fake seals — tomorrow, tracking werewolf bite marks.
