mobb_inc. is a game about incompetence, nepotism, abuse of power and workplace toxicity.
In this blend of management sim and card game, the player lands a job at the sprawling corporation AnyVing, founded by an out‑of‑touch billionaire, Mark Boyle. Despite lacking the qualifications (but having the right connections), they’re hired as Head of the Department of General Projects, where their main task is to keep up the illusion that they’re the right person for the role.
The mechanics are based on real manipulation tactics used in toxic workplaces, as are the consequences. Everything centres on the department delivering a variety of projects — from simple marketing tasks, through the CEO’s whims, to projects that are as groundbraking as they are unethical.
