Report anomalies and avoid monsters in a high-security prison by pressing the green or red button in the isolation block at the end of the corridor to submit your report. One mistake will reset your shift.

Peer through the sliding hatches to inspect the prisoners inside their cells and scan the surrounding corridor. Step into the isolation block and press the green button if the sector is clear, or the red button if something is wrong.
Identify and report these threats as soon as you spot them. If they trap you, your shift will reset.
