An unknown city is under siege. An intense surge of anomaly activity is taking hold, and the threats are no longer subtle. The Supernatural Investigation Agency (S.I.A.) recognizes the escalating danger and dispatches a squad from Critical Containment Threat Verification (C.C.T.V.) Division. You as the captain leading the team were sent to investigate, and discovered the horrifying truth: malevolent entities are directly responsible for the chaos.

Your mission is two-fold: Monitor live surveillance feeds and report anomalies, and then face the dangerous entities to neutralize the threat. Scour every room and don't miss a thing—or your life, and the lives of your squad, will be lost.
