SHROT Demo

Disclaimer: This demo is still in active development! We're pushing frequent updates and squashing bugs almost by the hour, so if you spot something weird, we're probably already on it.

This is the free version of SHROT Demo. You get a piece of the action. We dropped you in a custom Las Vegas level, right in the middle of the mess. Don't expect hand-holding. Just shoot.

What's in this Demo?

Las Vegas DEMO level:

• Around 20-30 gameplay time

• Speedrun possibility in about 5 minutes, haha.

Multiplayer Arena - Still in development, might not work:

• One map.

• Play with up to 4 Steam friends.

• Survive waves of enemies.

• Be the best!

• 4 different characters to play with (Krule, Gloria, Jesse Jr., and "Player")

Level Editor:

• Be creative!

• Build your own level.

• Survive multiple waves of enemies.

Weapons:

• Pistol (The Offender)

• Assault Rifle (Repeated Offender)

• Shotgun (Big Punisher)

• Axe

• Regular grenades

Retro mode:

Feeling nostalgic? Turn on retro mode. It will be pixelated, with weapons in the middle of the screen like in old times, and locked to 24FPS

Progress? Forget About It.

This demo is still a work in progress. Your achievements here don't carry over to the full game.

It's a taste test of a meal we are still cooking and testing the recipe. So tell us if something "tastes" like shit so we can fix it before we are finally done.

That being said, we will definitely continue to do updates on the demo as we work on the main game. For example, when we implement the save checkpoint system, it will be in demo, when we implement difficulty options, they will also be in demo, etc.
