The D.I.P. pulled you from your cell. The Major is waiting at the table. Seems like an unusual interrogation today... Weird cards and the distant sounds of riots and unrest outside. Nowhere seems safe anymore.

Sixteen face cards and 4 different suits. This deck was custom made, so learn it well. She likes watching new players figure it out.

Every round, one suit becomes the law. It overrules everything else on the table. Play accordingly if you want to keep your head.

Cigarettes are the only currency in the room. Earn them by doing successful bids and betting on your hand. Use them to buy special cards and twist the game in your favor. Don't waste them on smoking.

Nine cards behind dirty glass. Pay in cigarettes to bend the rules. Some keep you alive another round. Some don't. Choose wrong and you won't get a second chance. Please note: This machine doesn't return change.

The room holds more than you'd believe. Peek around and you might find useful things, or more about the world around you. Keep your eyes open.

HOW TO PLAY:

The 4 Suits: The deck is made out of 16 cards. 4 for every suit. Eye, Pliers, Syringe, Gun.

The Law: Every round, a random suit is chosen as the law, giving it power over the other suits.

Follow Suit: If the Major plays a gun, you must follow up with a gun. Higher card wins.

Use The Law: If you can't follow suit, you must place a law card, which will win you the trick.

Fallback: If you can't follow suit, nor use the law, you can play and dispose of any card, which will lose you the trick.

Betting: Once you have your cards, you can bet on the cigarettes from your pack. Hitting a perfect bid grants you double the cigarettes, plus a little bonus. Use them for the vending machine.

Bidding: Very different from betting, bidding is the heart of the game. After betting; or not, you must bid on your hand, predicting exactly how many tricks you will win. Going above or under a bid will result in score penalties.
