Voltumna is an action-adventure platformer with deep exploration. You play a lone soldier back from the trenches, bound by a pact to a goddess he cannot trust. The world is one connected map of forgotten gods. Fight through it with a bayonet, the powers she grants you, and whatever gear you can pry off its rulers.
Parry at the right moment and the opening is yours. Dodge through what you can't block. Mistime either and the bayonet won't save you.
A single connected map runs from sunlit countryside down into tombs that should have stayed sealed. Shortcuts open behind you as you grow stronger, and the world keeps hiding things you weren't ready to see.
New movement and combat abilities open paths you couldn't reach before. Weapons, armor, and skills shape the soldier you need to become. The further you go, the less you resemble the one who walked in.
