In Outrider Mako, explore the Mayoi World—a fantastical world where gods reside—find items requested by said gods, and deliver them in nicely wrapped packages in 2D top-down action gameplay.
Mako falls into the Mayoi World and finds herself at the Bumon Delivery Center, which a strange monster named Mozu claims is a package delivery service. Mako ends up becoming an outrider for the delivery center. She will need to collect seal stamps from the gods of the Mayoi World in the apprentice notes given to her by Mozu to fill it with spirit energy and return to her own world.
Mako is tasked with the job of collecting items requested by gods and delivering them in special packages. She will have to explore a mononoke-infested world to get items such as crystals, wrap them up nicely at a workbench, and then deliver them to her holy clients. But some items can only be obtained by defeating powerful enemies...

All sorts of dangerous mononoke will interrupt Mako's work. Learn their attacks and jump to avoid them, then leap around to go on the offensive. Other than her trusty magic rod, Mako has all sorts of things that will help her in battles, such as red nectar, which can slow down enemies, as well as secondary weapons, elixirs, stakes, and more. Use them well to clear Mako's path and ensure a smooth delivery.
Mako can obtain Divine Blessing Talismans on the job. Equip them to gain all sorts of boons, such as enhancing the effects of red nectar or raising item drop rates.

Some of the packages are addressed to gods who have gone on a rampage for one reason or another. However, while the gods may be powerful, they're not invincible. Identify their weaknesses and fight them with all your might to quell their anger and, of course, give them their packages.
