Touhou Sukaen is a fangame of Touhou Project series, it manifests as a traditional STG like most official Touhou Project games.

Background

A group of vampires popped up around Gensokyo, who are of unknown origin.
Most of these vampires are engaging without discipline. Up to now, they haven't assaulted human beings yet.
However, they still need to feed themselves. Generally, they hunt beasts for food, but they have already started to hunt livestock of villages.
With the increase of their population, the residents of Gensokyo are afraid it's just a matter of time that these vampires will start to assault other communities for food or territory.
Several Gensokyo residents perceive the potential risks and then take action.
In fact, the vampire is a rare kind of Youkai in Gensokyo. Accurately speaking, only exists in Scarlet Devil Mansion, where Remilia and her family live.
Obviously, Remilia is the most suspicious suspect, thus the experts of resolving incidents leave for Scarlet Devil Mansion.
