Pactus Demo

Once upon a time, humankind and demonkind lived in harmony. The first of order and stability. The second, beings of change and chaos.
From time to time, a human and a demon might build a relationship of trust and respect resulting in a "Pact", giving them power beyond any individual of their respective races.
Such a phenomenon was called "The Warlock"


But, even as their civilization flourished, some did not see this alliance as a blessing and ought to destroy it. This hate created the Church of Humanity.
Advocating that humankind was the pinnacle of evolution, they started a crusade to destroy any demon and their supporter, including the Warlocks. In a world without war, this was a massacre.


Some fought, but most warlocks hoped reason would prevail. They used a powerful ritual, sacrificing parts of their power to sink themselves into a magical slumber, sealing their knowledge and secret in crypts deep underground.
You were one of those pairs. Hidden from all and from time. You expected to wake up to a peaceful world, but you felt that something was wrong...

2 players' cooperation: Every puzzle in Pactus is made to be solved by two people. Everyone got a role to play.

Communicate: Keep talking, describing what you see will be key.

Assymetric gameplay: Both character play differently. Either sneak around as the Wendigo or blast your way through with the Magician.
