Rising City

"Rising City" is a city building game where you build your own city with hexagons on the endless sea.
By meeting people's needs, you can ensure their happiness and attract more people to your city.



Here's how the system works in Rising City. By building a house you gain some population.
And if you want to tax this house, you have to meet two basic needs like electricity and water.
For this, you build a power plant and a water plant that covers the hexagon where the house is located.
And now you start to earn your tax from this house. More houses means more taxes.

If you want to get more taxes after building your houses, you need to ensure that services such as parks and hospitals go to the houses.
Thus, the level of the house rises, the population increases, and the happiness of your people increases.

Remember! The people whose needs are not met will either move or die after a while.
In this case, your people will start to become unhappy and things will get worse for you.
