Ultimate Ragdoll Game - Blood and Gore is a free expansion that adds new options for tormenting your most hated individuals you can download from Steam Workshop or upload yourself. Once activated, the ragdolls start bleeding when harmed.

NEW BLOCK
The expansion introduces a new block to the game called the Sawblade, which can be customized in various ways, just like the other blocks available in the game. You can change its size, color, adjust its rotation speed, and many other properties!

NEW PLAY MODES
The game also adds new options to the Play Mode: Sawblade, which you can now carry with you at all times instead of placing it in one spot, and Gore Explosion, a very fast and bloody way to eliminate all the ragdolls from the map!
