Team Collaboration: Work closely with other independent contractors as part of your crew. Teamwork makes the dream work, especially when the dream involves saving planets from impending chaos.
Resourcefulness: Think on your feet and use your ingenuity and craftiness to overcome unexpected challenges. A makeshift blaster or a clever gadget might just be the solution the job needs.

Interstellar Travel Experience: Must be comfortable navigating the universe. Piloting small spacecraft and larger capital ships, utilizing warp drives, and operating star maps are essential.
Basic Crafting: Must be able to use the resources available to you to craft items required to complete the job. Blueprints for specialty items may be provided in some situations.
Robot Operations: Experience with operating and maintaining robots is a must. When a job is too hard, there’s always a robot that can do it.
Combat Proficiency: Whether it's facing off against space zombies or warding off alien invasions, combat skills and familiarity with a variety of weaponry are a plus.
