Hemlock is a city stuck between life and death. Run through it, rescue whoever you can, and stack items until your build stops making sense. Every citizen you save rebuilds something. Every run, something new opens up.

Dash through procedurally generated islands in a spirit world that's gone quiet. Fight off waves of enemies, reach the boss at the end, and bring back whoever you find along the way. The city grows with every rescue — new shops open, new options appear.

Pick up items as you go and stack them. Some combinations do nothing interesting. Others get out of hand fast — abilities chaining, numbers climbing, the whole thing turning into something you didn't plan. That's the good runs

The city starts empty. Each person you rescue comes back and sets up shop — a merchant, an upgrade vendor, someone useful. The more runs you put in, the more the city fills up, and the more tools you have going into the next one. Bosses guard each area. They're tough, they have patterns, and beating them is how more of the world opens up.
