Mythical Matchmaker

Mythical Match-Maker is a match-making relationships comedy game about teaching mythical figures how to love again after the modern world has unbalanced the scales of love and lust, causing a ripple effect to sweep through the mythical realm. In this game, the player has recently died and is sent to the afterlife where they are intercepted by Asmodeus and Cupid, who have been forced to work together to solve the lust crisis in the mythical realm, to do this they recruit the player (with knowledge of the modern world) to help them achieve their goal.

In Mythical Match-Maker, the player plays as ‘Bone Daddy’, a skeleton charged with returning balance to the afterlife by exploring a funny, diverse and vibrant cast of mythical figures while tackling issues about love, identity and mental health along the way. They must explore the stories of myths you were never told. The player will have to arrange and execute dates between cast members to teach them once again what they have forgotten about love and relationships. This will entail selecting the right characters and the appropriate date location before attempting to pull off a successful date by answering the right questions correctly and executing ‘skill check’ minigames to pull off difficult answers.
