THE GUARDIANS is a cinematic carrier-based air combat game set in a near-future war where humanity’s most advanced fleet has become its last line of defense.

You are a naval pilot aboard the Aegis Carrier Fleet, an experimental strike group powered by IRRA — the Integrated Reconnaissance and Response AI. Built to coordinate aircraft, sensors, weapons, launches, recoveries, refueling, and battlefield data faster than any human command crew, IRRA was meant to redefine naval warfare.

Now the system is being tested under impossible conditions.

Launch from the carrier, lead fighters, bombers, and drones into contested airspace, and carry out high-risk missions against autonomous war machines, hostile aircraft, fortified coastlines, enemy fleets, and drone swarms that adapt with every engagement. Strike enemy bases, defend the fleet, intercept incoming threats, and return to the carrier before your aircraft, weapons, or squadron are pushed past their limits.

IRRA can process the battlefield, but it cannot replace the pilot. You are the human variable inside the machine: the one who decides when to trust the AI, when to override it, when to press the attack, and when to bring your squadron home.
