This bite-sized demo is designed to showcase an early look at the general gameplay and story style of Clever Girls. Play as a pack of four renegade dinosaurs, act out some mock battles, and enjoy a brief dino slice-of-life story. Explore a rural campsite, discover an abandoned amphitheater, and develop an appreciation for dinosaur melodrama.

MEET THE CAST

While the full game will feature a complex relationship system and branching narrative, the Dress Rehearsal demo introduces the personality of the four characters in a short linear story. Become acquainted with the cast of Clever Girls during a relaxing camp vacation.

EXPLORE FORGOTTEN PLACES

Wander through a long-abandoned campsite and crumbling public spaces. As you explore, the dinosaurs will remark upon the strange human things they find in visual novel events. As the story progresses, new sections of the map become available for exploration and new interactions are possible.

SHARPEN YOUR HUNTING SKILLS

During the demo, engage in three mock battles that introduce the basics elements of turn-based stealth tactics that will be expanded upon in Clever Girls. Get familiar with commanding the four playable dinosaurs in story battles, or jump right in to quick battle mode. Don't worry about RPG progression yet, just try sneaking around and using some special abilities to wreak havoc on your enemies.
