DISCLAIMER: This game is still very early in development. Gameplay and visuals will undergo heavy changes. The final game will have lots more NPC's and areas, not to mention it will look far better than it does now.

ELSEWHERE is an offbeat surreal comedy inspired by the weirdcore style and games of the early internet.

EXPLORE THE MAZE

There are many sections of the maze created by Epsilon, each with their own unique style and atmosphere!

Different kinds of items are found in each area. Some areas are complex, non-Euclidean and generally confusing to navigate, so you may need to plan out your journeys in advance. Don't get lost!

EPSILON

The charming overbearing entity who created you out of boredom! He's always watching you no matter where you are in the maze, not to mention he also gives helpful advice if you get stuck at any point!

His personality leaves something to be desired... While being a generally helpful and friendly entity he's also a bit of a joker. Watch out for his unusual antics, sometimes he does things that disrupt your journey, he seems to think its really funny.

MEET THE DENIZENS

Epsilons previous creations, also known as denizens. There are many denizens to meet and talk to, some will ask you for things and others will give you things. The denizens are lost in the maze, you must find them. Once you find a denizen they are brought back to the start of the maze where you are free to talk, trade, and buy items from them! Some denizens will give special quests to you that could require you to get them a certain item from a dangerous part of the maze.

DUSKFALL

Here be monsters! After a certain amount of time passes dusk will fall and it'll get dark. Once it does you'll find yourself in an unfamiliar part of the maze. Every time dusk falls, a different monster will appear and begin to hunt you down.

Each monster has it's own unique behaviour system, some stalk you, some chase you, and some can even use mind-bending tricks to their advantage.

Epsilon honestly has no idea where the monsters came from or what they are, they're the one thing here that he didn't create.
