Game Story

A secret government facility known as Red Haven was nestled within a dense, fog-laden forest. Officially, it was a research center for studying rare blood diseases. Unofficially, it was the site of one of the most controversial experiments in modern history: Project CRE-8. 

Project CRE-8 aimed to unlock the secrets of immortality and harness supernatural abilities by studying the myths surrounding vampires. The team, led by Dr. Viktor Serov, a renowned hematologist and folklorist, believed that the legends of vampires might hold some basis in reality. The goal was to isolate and harness whatever biological factor might grant enhanced strength, speed, and longevity.

The project was shrouded in secrecy, with a handpicked team of scientists, military personnel, and historians. They began their research by collecting samples from remote villages with a history of vampire legends. Outside of one of those villages was Site 17.
