Your goal is to piece together fragments of the story and understand what is tormenting Jamie. There are no hints or obvious triggers—what you discover is entirely up to you. Hi! My name is Oscar. I’m a former doctor who worked with people suffering from mental disorders, including patients in forensic psychiatry who committed terrible acts due to their conditions.

Mental illness is a heavy burden, and people don’t always realize how critical their condition is. Some patient stories were so unusual that they felt like scenes from a movie or a game.

I left medicine to pursue game development in the hopes of conveying that feeling.

Some gameplay elements may seem illogical from a gaming perspective, but they make perfect sense when you reference psychiatric textbooks.
