UK’s
Home Defence Region London amalgamates several British Army units deployed in and around the nation’s capital. A hodgepodge of defensive forces with the nucleus formed by the Guards battalions of the
56th (London) Infantry Brigade, plus reserve regiments, formations drawn from Northern Ireland, War Material Reserve-fielding units, and elite SAS counter-terror squads.
The
Home Defence Region London features new units such as the

CENTURION MK.13, ground radar-equipped
FOX ZB298,
BEDFORD TM supply trucks, ceremonial
GUARDS infantry,
RIFLES PATROL squads deploying from Northern Ireland, black-clad

2-ya Tamanskaya Gvardeyskaya Motostrelkovaya Diviziya
The Soviet
2-ya Tamanskaya Gvardeyskaya Motostrelkovaya Diviziya or 2nd Guards Tamanskaya Motorized Rifle Division was an elite formation protecting the communist capital of the USSR, Moscow, against threats both foreign and potentially domestic. The division was highly trained and lavishly equipped with officers handpicked for their loyalty, commanding the latest models of tanks and air superiority fighters.
