Shortly after becoming an independent nation during the Cold War, Krimania became a central hub for smuggling and organized crime. The population's main diet is alcohol, tobacco, paint thinners, and ice cubes. Many criminal organizations have set up shop in this post-Soviet landfill, including the Russian mafia, Ukrainian mafia, Turkish mafia, Georgian mafia, and many more.
Bill Maxwell is wanted for murder, and he's hiding in this crime-ridden country.
