BackRoomz: NULL is an atmospheric, parkour and puzzle, sci-fi PC game.

You work for RCXV, a mysterious monolith of a company... specifically for their Investigation Sector.

The Investigation Sector's Chief Officer has assigned you the mission to investigate a mysterious anomaly that manifested inside what used to be known as a "perfectly normal" motel!

Specifically, you need to gather a sample from the manifestation to send off to the Research Sector so they can begin specimen tests.

Now that you're involved, you must make haste. Stop this *thing* from propagating.

"Get in and get out as fast as possible" is what your Chief Investigation Officer said, now stop staring at this block of text and get in there! (Preferably, read on before you do!)

This game is *very* atmospheric, and to complement that, there is no UI during gameplay to maximize immersion!

To some extent it is a walking simulator, so look around and appreciate the cosmic beauty of the liminal spaces around you.

Pay sharp attention and interact with the environment around you, clues can be anywhere.

Thus, headphones are recommended!

The game mechanics advance with progression.

As you play the game, you'll unlock new mechanics for essential gameplay!

By default, you can do parkour *quite well*, but there will be so much more to unlock!

This won't just be a walking simulator, the mechanical experience is designed to improve as you go deeper and deeper!

Your truth isn't the only thing to uncover.

The entire universe has a secret it holds dear.

Unlock this forbidden knowledge.

The fourth wall will be broken... but so will the fifth.
