Barbecue is a cooperative party game for 1 to 4 players.

Your mission is simple: throw a barbecue in your backyard. Your reality will be something else entirely.

Light the fire, grill the meat, serve your guests, and earn money to upgrade your setup.

It all starts calmly. A few minutes is all it takes for things to spiral. The fire gets out of hand, smoke fills the yard, and someone is already sprinting to the store in a panic.

Manage the fire (or don't)

Wood and charcoal — each fuel has its perks and its risks.

• Too much wood? House fire.

• Too much charcoal? Toxic smoke.

• Not enough of either? Your guests are getting impatient.

Cook, sell, upgrade

Grill merguez, sausages and ribeye steaks to earn money.

Invest in better gear or blow it all on completely useless junk.

We don't judge.

Cross the street (if you dare)

The store is on the other side. The problem? The street. Traffic doesn't stop for you.

Run, dodge, pray.
