Bookmark Hero Demo

Bookmark Hero is a high-fantasy, peripheral-idle RPG set in the vast world of Gamdor. Play from a bookmark-sized window on the side of your screen and command your hero indirectly by giving them queued tasks. Watch as they explore lands, conquer monsters, hone skills, craft gear and weapons, and embark on quests. Even as you work, their legend unfolds.

Demo Information

This demo of Bookmark Hero features the opening region of the game, Tut's Island, and offers a vertical slice of the full experience. In the demo, you will be able to:

• Learn the core gameplay systems through the in-game tutorial

• Queue tasks and manage your hero indirectly

• Gather resources through woodcutting, mining, tanning, skinning and hunting

• Craft basic equipment and weapons

• Fight monsters and level combat skills

• Complete the first games quests "Finding Your Feet"

• Explore the starting island and locations within

The demo is designed to showcase the core gameplay loop and peripheral-idle design of Bookmark Hero while introducing players to the world of Gamdor.

Additional regions, advanced skills, higher-tier equipment, expanded quests, and later-game content will be available in the full release.

Out of the way, but big enough to play

Bookmark Hero is designed to respect your screen real-estate and takes up little room. You can set the bookmark window to be on the left or right side of your screen. It also functions well with multiple display setups.

Queued interaction for minimal distraction

The game is built to be engaging without demanding constant attention. Queue up tasks for your hero, optionally set them to repeat, and let the adventure progress at its own steady rhythm while you stay productive.

Do other things while your hero swings

Whether your hero is chopping wood or fighting goblins, you can stay focused on your own tasks—work, browsing, chatting, or even playing other games—while they carry on with their adventure.

Embark on epic quests

There are many quests to complete in Bookmark Hero. As you level-up your various skills, you'll be able to take on tougher, more legendary quests.

The world of Gamdor is filled with diverse regions and points of interest. Venture forth to uncover new opportunities, stories, and riches. But be weary. The further your travel, the more dangerous the roads.
