This is the moment. Pull up the Strategy panel, commit to a play, and your team runs it in real time - they execute, smokes, flashes, and grenades. You're the voice in their ear, reading the round a step ahead of the other coach.

Place attackers and defenders, drop smokes, flashes, grenades, and custom waypoints across the map. Save your plays, chain them into a deep strategy book, and call them mid-match. The deeper your book, the harder you are to predict.

Twenty-eight attributes. Five egos. One trust meter.

Every player is tracked across twenty-eight attributes, from Aim and Recoil Control to Leadership and Tactical IQ. Underneath runs a split-trust system: each player carries a Relationship with the team and an in-game Momentum. Lose a player's trust and they'll ignore your call and improvise. Burn out your star and watch their form crater. You manage people, not just positions.

Insane with shotguns? Build around it. Need a glass cannon? Have your sniper buy one if that's all they can afford. Custom builds let you tailor every player's buy to the way they actually play. Listen to your players, equip them with what they know best, and watch them carry the game.
