Sam buys a supernatural gag gift called the One Wish-Walnut, hoping it can bring his sister Madison back to life.
After breaking the mysterious walnut, he soon discovers that some wishes come at a dark and sinister price. Instead of truly bringing Madison back, the wish replaces her consciousness with a terrifying, obsessive entity whose only purpose is to serve Sam. As reality begins to unravel, Sam must face the horrifying consequences of a wish that should never have been made.
