About Server Share
Pass the controller, pass the world.
Playing a co-op survival or sandbox game with friends usually means one of two headaches: somebody has to leave their PC running as a server 24/7, or you all pay every month for hosted server space. Server Share fixes that.
With Server Share, anyone in your group can host - and when they're done, the world automatically syncs so the next person can pick up exactly where you left off. No server fees. No subscriptions - just a one-time purchase. No "sorry, the host is offline tonight."
How it works
Create a group - Pick your game, invite friends with a code.
Host a session - click Host. Server Share grabs the latest save and launches your game with it loaded.
Play together - your friends connect through the game's normal multiplayer. Server Share stays out of the way.
Auto-sync - when you close the game, your world uploads automatically. The next person to host gets the newest version and can host again with Server Share.
That's it. One click to host, one click for the next person to take over.
Why you'll like it
One-click hosting - no fiddling with server files, port configs, or save folders. Press Host and play.
Your saves stay yours - connect your own Google Drive and your worlds live in your Drive, in a folder you control. Or use the built-in free storage to get started instantly.
No monthly costs - a one-time purchase. No subscriptions, ever.
Privacy-first - Server Share uses the most restrictive Google Drive permission possible. It can only touch files it creates - never the rest of your Drive.
Anyone can host - pass hosting around the group freely. No one needs a beefy PC running around the clock.
Supported games
Server Share works with co-op games that use save files, starting with:
Terraria
Windrose
More games are on the way. Server Share is in active development, and the supported list keeps growing. Valheim, Stardew Valley, Core Keeper, Palworld, and many more survival and sandbox games are planned, please come with recommendations for more games
Active development
Server Share is built and maintained by a solo developer who plays these games too. New games, features, and improvements ship regularly. Buy once and get every update as the tool grows.
What Server Share is NOT
It's not a replacement for a game's multiplayer - it works alongside the game you already own.
It's not a 24/7 dedicated server - it's a smarter, simpler way to share hosting between friends.
It's not a subscription - pay once, use forever.
Gather your crew. Take turns. Keep the world going.
