RonkBonk

RonkBonk is a fast two-player arena game. You move a cube across a grid and leave a trail behind you. If you or your opponent hit any trail, that round ends. Win rounds to reach 5 points and win the match.

Core gameplay

Move to control your cube. Dash for a quick burst of speed. Charge to jump forward several spaces. Use your skill at the right moment to gain an advantage.

Skills

Choose one skill before each match:

Infinite Charge — Charge repeatedly for a short time.

Clone Creation — Create helper cubes that fight for you.

Invisible Trail — Opponents cannot see your trail.

Infinite Trails — Your trail does not disappear over time.

Laser Trail — Laser lines appear across the arena.

Joker powers

You can equip up to two jokers for extra effects, such as faster dash, longer charge, extra life, or disabling an enemy joker.

Unlock system

When you beat a bot or another player, you can unlock the skill and jokers they used if you do not already have them. Progress is saved with Steam Cloud.

Game modes

Vs Bots — Easy, Medium, Hard, and Invincible.

Local 2-Player — Two players on the same screen.

Online — Matchmaking and friend lobbies.

Classic — Full rules with skills, jokers, and unlocks.

Simplistic — Basic movement and trail gameplay only.

Tutorial

At the start, the game offers a short tutorial that teaches how to move, how to dash, how to charge, and how to use one skill in a practice match. You can skip the tutorial at any time from the first screen.

Controls and platforms

Keyboard and controller are supported, including Steam Deck on Linux. The game includes multiple visual themes, custom colors, and 7 language options.
