Unorthodox Rules is an in-development psychological deduction adventure about reading people, bending rules, and finding a way out of an unfair game.

You wake up inside a strange university with no memory, a head wound, and a masked referee forcing students to compete in a twisted game of rock-paper-scissors.

Victory is not about luck.

Investigate your surroundings, question suspicious characters, collect clues, expose contradictions, and piece together the hidden logic behind the game. Then use what you have learned to predict your opponent, manipulate the rules, and survive a battle designed to make you lose.

Unorthodox Rules combines investigation, character-driven mystery, card-based deduction puzzles, and high-stakes psychological battles.

Inspired by games such as Ace Attorney and Danganronpa, as well as stories like Liar Game, the game blends mystery, comedy, bluffing, hidden motives, dramatic reversals, and rule-breaking strategies.
