About Overpane
You stream and play on one screen. Overpane makes the computer finally understand that.
Launch a game and your whole setup slides into place over it: chat in the corner you like, Spotify tucked away, alerts ready, all floating, faded exactly how you want, click-through so they never block a shot. Quit the game and everything melts back to the desktop. It lives in your tray at a few megabytes, with no login, no telemetry, and it never phones home.
Your chat is there for you and hidden from your viewers. The built-in panes can be excluded from supported Windows capture, so on an OBS Display Capture your chat sits on your monitor but not on your stream.
Overpane is also a small studio. Drop in a 3D model and it floats on your desktop with real lighting and its animations playing. Rig it to your controller with no code: mark the sticks and hands from the model, and your character tilts the sticks and presses the buttons as you play, goes idle when you set it down, and comes back when you pick it up. Or bring your own code: a project pane hosts your HTML and JavaScript with a live gamepad feed and an API to drive the app back.
