The coin is fair. Everything else is up to you.
In FLIP & CONQUER, every battle is won or lost on heads or tails — but you decide who to attack, how many squares to wager, and which cards to spring. Start as a single tile and grow into an empire that spans the map.
Take squares, build your empire.A Turn Is a Bet
Pick an enemy along your border and wager squares — one for a safe nibble, or a towering stack for a game-swinging gamble. Call heads or tails. Win the flip and the land is yours; lose it and you may forfeit your own. The coin is 50/50. Knowing how much to risk is not.
Stack the Deck
When a card comes your way, you don't draw it — you draft it, picking 1 of 3 and holding up to 3. Thirty-three cards span Attack, Defense, and Action: tilt the coin with Luck, arm the hidden Double Stake to secretly double what your attacker risks, or force a rival to skip a turn outright. Under fire? A reactive-defense window lets you answer an incoming attack with a counter-card.
Conquer With (and Against) Friends
Bring up to 8 empires onto one map over Steam. Forge up to 4 named teams — alliances that fly your banner — cut deals in text chat, and if you're knocked out early, stay and watch how it ends. Built to be taught in a single round and played all night.
A Campaign of Crossroads
Fight a branching campaign from Prologue to the throne across five paths — trials, fog of war, endless survival, scattered isles, and a Warlord that mirrors your own traits. Solo skirmishes fill the map with NPC empires whose difficulty sets how well they play, and whose personalities — aggressor, defender, opportunist, schemer — set what they want.
Your Empire, Your Colors
Carry one identity across every match: a name, a capital, a slogan, a build drawn from over 40 traits that changes how you play, and a procedural three-color flag that flies over every square you take.
