Your role is to:

• keep passenger flows running smoothly;

• anticipate disruptions before they spread.

As you progress, your station welcomes more and more trains, passengers, and unexpected events. Rush hours become real challenges where every decision matters. No two days are the same

Even with perfect organisation, unexpected events are inevitable. You will have to deal with a wide range of dynamic situations: technical failures, sick passengers, animals on the tracks, suspicious packages, sudden surges in passenger numbers, and more. Each situation forces you to reassess your priorities and limit its impact on the rest of the network.
