About Pivot XL

Pivot your character within the screen’s borders, narrowly dodging obstacles, collecting points, and smashing power-ups. Survive as long as possible in this fast-paced, minimalist arcade experience, the second game in my three-part series.

Press the pivot button to start spinning in the opposite direction. Simple one-button controls make it easy to pick up but hard to master. Play with a gamepad, keyboard, or mouse for seamless input.

  • Easy to learn, hard to master – Simple controls, deep challenge

  • Endless score-chasing action – The game speeds up over time

  • Unlockable skins – Includes characters from other Adamvision Studios games

  • ‘Close Call’ system – Earn bonus points for near misses

  • Leaderboards & Steam Achievements – Compete for the top score globally

  • Steam Cloud support – Sync progress across devices

  • Steam Trading Cards – Includes profile wallpapers & emoticons

  • Perfect for quick sessions – Great for playing while waiting in queue

  • Simple yet unique sound design – Audio SFX created using my own voice + royalty-free sounds

Pivot XL is a small, replayable arcade score-chaser designed for fast, high-intensity gameplay. As the second game in my minimalist arcade series, it builds on my original mobile game ‘Pivot’ with refined mechanics and PC-optimized features.

I love crafting simple, polished arcade games and truly value player feedback. If you find a bug, have suggestions, or just want to say hello, reach out via Discord or my website.

Thanks for playing!

System requirements

Minimum

Minimum:
  • OS *: Windows 7 (possibly xp as well, no promises)
  • Processor: Dual Core+
  • Memory: 2 GB RAM
  • Graphics: 512MB+
  • Storage: 500 MB available space
  • Additional Notes: It's possible Pivot XL uses less resources than that weird old Windows screensaver with the flying winged toasters. Man, I should really read about that, what the heck was that all about?

Recommended

Recommended:
  • OS: Windows 10
  • Processor: I bet if they made a 5 core processor it would be really weird, but could run this game well.
  • Memory: 4 GB RAM
  • Graphics: GeForce GTX 1070 (Pivot XL has one less effect than Bing Bong XL, so you don't need all that 1080 power anymore)
  • Storage: 502 MB available space
  • Sound Card: Will I hit my second wind on writing (clever?!) sound card details? There's only one way to know... --> Turn to page 37 if you want to know. --> Turn to page 52 if you think this bit went terribly.
  • Additional Notes: The universe is a cruel uncaring void. The key to being happy isn't a search for meaning, it's to just keep yourself busy with unimportant nonsense, and eventually you'll be dead.
