After Hiroki escapes Tokyo University's graduate research institute with Haruna, the two of them seek help by linking up with Ryusenji. In order to find evidence of the conspiracy surrounding the JCO, Ryusenji proposes using "ACM", a special terminal used only by the police to communicate with the memories of serious criminals. Despite talking to a number of criminals with the ACM, Hiroki and the others aren't able to find anything that could be useful until a mysterious man by the name of Nanatsuyaku Ryouga contacts them within the ACM. Who exactly is he? That answer is unexpectedly connected to Haruna's long sealed childhood memories.
